Keagan Walker

Keagan Walker is the Founder and Lead Designer at NovaLab 3D. With a strong engineering background and years of hands-on experience in CAD optimization and FDM additive manufacturing, Keagan started NovaLab 3D to bridge the gap between design theory and rapid manufacturing.

Having worked directly with mechanical prototypes and short-run production batches, Keagan oversees the studio's technical directions. He works closely with B2B clients and product developers to optimize geometries, select high-performance composite filaments, and ensure design files translate smoothly to our production print farm.

NovaLab 3D was founded in Pickering, North Yorkshire, with a mission to make rapid prototyping fast and affordable for startups and established workshops across Northern England. By bypassing remote supply aggregators, Keagan ensures clients receive direct technical collaboration, secure NDA protections, and consistent industrial quality.
